How to copy and insert ORCID iD symbol in Word? (feat. Full ORCID iD)

If you need the symbol itself, then, here we go. Please copy the green symbol below and paste it directly into the MS Word Document:

For full ORCID iD, simply copy the following three lines & paste it directly into your Word Document (It will be shown in one line as ORCID Brand Guideline requires)

Your Name https://orcid.org/0000-0001-5727-2427

(Of course, you would want to replace Your Name with your own name and the numbers with your own numbers.)

For Compact or Inline ORCID iD:

• For Compact ORCID iD, you just need to delete https://orcid.org/ and keep your numbers only (e.g., 0000-0001-5727-2427) after the green symbol.
  • Or, you can copy and paste the following three lines:

• For Inline ORCID iD, you just need to keep the green icon only after the name.
